Our intention for this session is for you to lean into the nourishing elements of essential oils to soothe, self-regulate and recalibrate your overall state of well-being. This is an open space to explore how we are nourishing our heart, mind, body and spirit as we develop an intuitive relationship with nature. Through community, we are learning best practices to integrate our essential oils in alignment with the seasons to upgrade how way we care for ourselves and one another.
